Vitamin K2 MK-4

I always buy Vitamin K2 MK-4 from Phoenix Nutrition. They are the cheapest and highest dose I could find in the UK.

Reason for MK4

I have always been told that the MK7 form of vitamin K is stronger and preferable. However I listened to a podcast which indicated that MK4 is more natural to the human body, and absorbs preferentially. I do believe this to be true, and have switched to this type. Phoenix Nutrition is the only company I have found that does pure MK4.
