Please note that we don't operate during weekends or on bank holidays. As part of our commitment to work-life balance, we've adopted a 4-day work week, with Friday as our additional day off. Therefore, any orders received after 2pm on a Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Delivery Within the UK
For our UK customers, we offer two delivery options:
Royal Mail 48: This standard shipping option is available for free with all orders, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
Tracked 24: For those who prefer a tracked and speedier service, we offer Tracked 24 at a nominal charge of £1.99.
International Shipping Policy
Regrettably, we do not currently offer international shipping due to various challenges, including customs-related issues.
Cancellations and Returns
We understand that plans can change, and so we offer flexibility with our cancellation and returns policy. You have the option to cancel any order and return the items within 30 working days for a full refund, provided the item(s) remain unused and unopened.
