Vitamin K2 MK-4

I always buy Vitamin K2 MK-4 from Phoenix Nutrition. They are the cheapest and highest dose I could find in the UK.

Reason for MK4

I have always been told that the MK7 form of vitamin K is stronger and preferable. However I listened to a podcast which indicated that MK4 is more natural to the human body, and absorbs preferentially. I do believe this to be true, and have switched to this type. Phoenix Nutrition is the only company I have found that does pure MK4.

Just perfect.

I take K2-MK4 as its the only available one on the market for people like myself who cannot tolerate K2 MK-7 which I believe contains natto (soya).

Thank god I can get this through Phoenix, as I used to get it from eBay but they stopped selling it. Now have no problems. Need it for osteoporosis for my brother good prompt delivery. Will use again
