Our High strength Vitamin K2 uses MK-7, the optimal form of Vitamin K2 with a long half life ideal for supplementation. Vitamin K2 is vital in regulating calcium via the activation of osteocalcin proteins which incorporate calcium into bones. Vitamin K2 also activates a protein which binds excess calcium to prevent calcification of arteries and soft tissue.

Directions

Early Days

Good so far but benefits can only be determined long term. Review in about six months

Sluggish Delivery

Used Pheonix loads of times in the past but as they dont work Fridays so this has an impact on delivery.
Prices are now also a tad more expensive as well to other supplement sellers.
They've also stopped accepting Paypal.
Might start looking elsewhere.

Above and beyond

My original order never arrived. Knowing how bad the post can be I left it a week before reporting the non-arrival. James at Phoenix sorted it out and the replacement arrived the next day.

I used to take a proprietary calcium/D/K formulation but I now get calcium/D3 on prescription so I need to add K2 back in. My brother recommended Phoenix to me and I’m very pleased.
