Vitamin D is essential for the body to absorb calcium effectively, with Vitamin K2 activating osteocalcin proteins which incorporate calcium into bone and away from the arteries. Our vitamin D3 and K2 contains MK-7, the optimal form of Vitamin K2 due to its long half life and cholecalciferol, the form of Vitamin D found naturally in the body.
