Optimum Vitamin B Complex

Optimum Vitamin B Complex is a high strength formula containing the biologically active forms of vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and Folate. These bioactive cofactors (Riboflavin 5'-Phosphate, Pyridoxal 5'-Phosphate, Methylcobalamin and L-5-MTHF) can bypass the enzymatic processes required to activate the synthetic forms, and may therefore produce more significant results. Additionally, genetic differences have been identified regarding the activity of the these enzymes with some individuals unable to process and utilize non-active forms of B vitamins such as folic acid. In addition each tablet contains 2mg of BioPerine®, a patented black pepper extract, to further improve absorption and utilisation of the active ingredients.
